Osprey Bay is in Cape Range National Park, near Ningaloo Reef and Exmouth.
The national park is home to one of the most pristine and beautiful coastlines in the world, so it’s the perfect place to spend long days relaxing on the beach.
The campsites have views of the reef and you’re just a hop, skip and jump away from swimming with an abundance of marine life, including some friendly turtles!
The campground is amazing value for money at just $11 per person, per night.
It has 44 large private sites and you must book online prior to your arrival. Book early in peak season to avoid disappointment.

Take a waterproof camera (if you have one) to capture the magic of the underwater world.

In the Area...
Osprey Bay is a great base to explore all of the Cape Range National Park.
Oyster Stacks is a 15-minute drive from camp and the best place to have a snorkel. The reef is right at the water’s edge, so it’s safe for little kids to check out the beautiful fish and coral.
Turquoise Bay is paradise! Crystal clear waters, white sand and safe swimming makes it the perfect family beach.
Exmouth, a 40-minute drive from camp, is the perfect place to stock up on all you need for your stay at Osprey. A great little town with a FREE splash park for the kids. Click here for more information.
Safety
Campsites have no shade, so make sure you have a place to escape the sun.
There’s no water available, so take plenty with you.
Access
Access to Cape Range National Park is via sealed road when entering from the north (Exmouth). Entering from the south is 4WD-only beach tracks, but it’s not much further to get to the north entry so don’t worry if you’re 2WD only.
Osprey Campground itself is unsealed but compact dirt and easily 2WD accessible.
The Cape Range National Park entry fee is $13 per car.
